Deployable Advanced Manufacturing Solutions

In remote operations, Armed Forces face critical logistical challenges in sustaining advanced weapon systems. Supply chain constraints and limited accessibility often delay the availability of spare parts and essential components, putting operational readiness at risk. Unpredictable conditions, complex transport routes, and regional instability further complicate logistics, making agile and optimised support capabilities essential to mission success.

Novaindef provides deployable advanced manufacturing solutions capable of producing critical spare parts directly within the mission area, reducing logistical dependency and enabling immediate repair operations. This mobile manufacturing capability, validated during Pacific Skies 2024 and the Arctic Defender exercise in Alaska, between others, integrates metal additive manufacturing systems, a machining centre, heat treatment furnaces, and 3D scanning technologies, among others.

Within our portfolio, additional energy and digital support modules are available to facilitate on-site operations, real-time redesign and maintenance, as well as secure communication systems that enable remote technical support from our headquarters in Linares.
